Jessica Vahey, Director of Resource Operations

Jessica Vahey is a human resource executive with over 15 years of management experience in Fortune 100 and professional services companies who possesses a broad experience base in the areas of HR operations, technology, learning, staffing, employee relations, project and vendor management. She began her HR career at Golin Harris International, a communications firm in Chicago.  Prior to joining Spinnaker, Ms. Vahey worked as an HR Business Partner for 8 years at Mercer, the world’s largest human resource and related financial services consulting firm, where she served as a strategic partner to senior executives in developing HR initiatives aligned with business priorities.

Ms. Vahey is a graduate of Miami University, Ohio where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Loyola University, Chicago where she received her Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.

As Director, Resource Operations, Ms. Vahey leads both the strategic and operational aspects of human resources. This includes talent attraction, recruitment and development and workforce process management.
