Co-Founder and Managing Principal

Mr. Stava is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years in the consulting and supply chain services industry. He began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), joining their Supply Chain practice and worked with various clients restructuring and architecting supply chain solutions. He then joined Solutions Consulting (acquired by Perot Systems), a management consulting and systems implementation firm, where he founded and was the Director of the Supply Chain practice. He led the practice for 3½ years and worked with numerous companies in restructuring their supply chain processes and systems.

Mr. Stava is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal at Spinnaker Support, overseeing its growth to now more than 110 full time employees on 3 continents. Mr. Stava leads the business and corporate development activities for Spinnaker Support across all three Lines of Business. In addition, he has direct oversight for the Execution LOB and shares management responsibilities for the Application Support LOB on an interim basis.

Mr. Stava is a graduate of Kansas University where he received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. He is involved in a variety of charities including the Denver Area Council of the Boy Scouts where he is the Arapahoe District Chairman and a member of the Executive Board. Mr. Stava is active in the Rocky Mountain Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Outside of his time at Spinnaker, he enjoys activities including spending time with his family, golf, running, skiing and squash.
