Spinnaker Hires Supply Chain Veteran, Nick Hamm, to Lead Supply Chain Design Practice
New Hire Strengthens Spinnaker’s Capabilities in Supply Chain Design Services
Houston, TX. March 21, 2017 – Spinnaker, a leading focused supply chain consultancy, announced today that it has hired Nick Hamm as Vice President to lead the firm’s Supply Chain Design consulting practice focused on supply chain design, network optimization, and analytics.
A respected figure in the supply chain optimization community, Nick has led more than 75 supply chain network and inventory studies helping clients to model and optimize their supply chains leading to major improvements in cost, service, and risk mitigation. Prior to joining Spinnaker, Nick was the first employee of LLamasoft and spent 8 years with the leading supply chain software firm in a variety of consulting and engineering roles including serving as the first product manager for LLamasoft’s flagship product, Supply Chain Guru. Most recently, he has spent the several years running his own consulting firm.
