Spinnaker Named One of Denver’s Top 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies

DENVER - August 11, 2008 - The Denver Business Journal has once again named Spinnaker Management Group LLC (Spinnaker) as one of Denver’s “Fastest Growing Companies.”  Spinnaker’s results are impressive, having grown more than 330% from 2006 to 2007.  DBJ ranked Spinnaker third in its revenue category for growth in this same period.

The Denver headquartered supply-chain consulting firm’s historical triple digit annual growth was amplified last year by the acquisition of Atlanta-based Prosero Inc., a well-established provider of procurement materials-management, and logistics outsourcing services.  This acquisition further expanded Spinnaker’s client base, geographic presence and core expertise.

The Denver Business Journal ranked the companies based on the percentage growth for fiscal years 2005, 2006 and 2007. Each company reported a minimum of nine months of operations in the base year of 2005. Nearly 300 companies responded to the publication’s surveys, and this year’s list ranks companies in five flights, based on total revenue: Flight 5 covers companies with annual revenues of less than $3 million; flight 4, between $3 million and $7 million; flight 3, between $7 million and $19 million; flight 2, between $19 million and $46 million; and flight 1, with revenues exceeding $46 million.
