Acquisition Enables Spinnaker to Expand Its Technology Service Practice
Denver, January 28, 2014 – Spinnaker, the international provider of supply chain consulting, returns logistics, and value-added warehousing and distribution services, today announced that it has finalized its acquisition of Plan4Demand, a privately owned company that provides supply chain consulting, process enhancements, technology implementation, and optimization services. The Plan4Demand office in Pittsburgh, PA, will become Spinnaker’s new Midwest sales and marketing office. Lisa Kustra, the former CEO of Plan4Demand, will be joining Spinnaker as the company’s new Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Our acquisition of Plan4Demand will immediately enhance our depth and expertise that will continue to better serve our clients needs,” said Robert Benson, Founder and Managing Principal of Spinnaker. “In addition to acquiring its consulting capabilities, we are also adding their strategic staffing group, called Pros2Plan (www.pros2plan.com).
