Job Description:


The Project Coordinator (PC) provides essential project management support and coordination across multiple projects within Spinnaker SCA by overseeing/tracking project plans, resource utilization and project budgets.  This resource manages small scale projects independently and in collaboration with project teams to synchronize internal and external communications.



  • Create and manage project plans, budgets, resource utilization and status reports for consulting projects

  • Support Spinnaker SCA resources, partners and/or customer resources used to complete tasks in a project

  • Ensure appropriate updates to standard project dashboards and other communication media for both internal and external teams

  • Assist in creation slide decks for clients

  • Monitor and report on project-based issues including new business planning/tracking processes

  • Maintain department files, shared calendars, and SharePoint sites

  • Review project deliverables for completeness and reconcile to the SOW

  • Coordinate schedules across multiple clients

  • Support essential administrative support for consulting projects



  • Minimum 1 year project management or 2 years in project coordination of systems implementations with logistics, supply chain or fulfillment operations highly preferred

  • Strong communication skills, exceptionally organized with budget management experience

  • Experience with MS Project, Asana or other project management tool highly desired

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with consulting teams comprising of 5+ domain experts

  • Scrum Master, Project Management fundamentals (e.g. PMI or equivalent) certifications desired

  • Ability to travel up to 10%+ based on client requirements and demands
